BLAKE MALLAY
BANDLEADER & SINGER
Blake is a singer/songwriter, music producer, and band leader who's played the NYC music scene for over a decade. He has performed his original songs at iconic New York City music venues such as The Bitter End, Rockwood Music Hall, and Bowery Electric.
A self-taught pianist, in 2011 he earned a specialized certification in Music Production from SAE Institute of Technology in NYC and subsequently released his self-produced debut EP Drawn By You in 2013. In the following years, in addition to writing and releasing additional singles, Blake has contributed as a producer, co-writer, and recording engineer on a handful of collaborations with other independent artists.
In addition to his original and collaborative music projects, he has also served as lead vocalist in a variety of stage shows and revues for global entertainment institutions such as Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City, MGM Resorts National Harbor, Cunard Line's Queen Mary 2, and Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines. Blake is a skilled vocalist in a wide variety of musical genres from Disco/Funk to R&B, Latin to jazz standards... all the way to '90s/00s pop, country ballads, and even Broadway showtunes. He has entertained thousands of audience members across the U.S. and abroad, and he is a polished, energetic, and engaging performer.
